Not to be confused with the French Picpoul, Picapoll an important part of the identity of Pla de Bages, and Abadal were the first to release a varietal wine to market. Piercingly aromatic, with bright citrus, crunchy green apples and cool herbs. 3 months of lees ageing adds an extra dimension to the palate, but this is a wine all about light and brightness. Excellent value for money and a classic of the region. 2022-2028.

Abadal fue fundada en 1983 por Valentí Roqueta en Santa Maria d’Horta d’Avinyó, en terrenos próximos a la casa familiar, la masía Roqueta, que tiene más de 9 siglos de historia.

Excelente como todos los blancos
Fruta de hueso (albaricoque), limón, lavanda y fondo mineral. Sabroso, untuoso, salino. Equilibrado. Muy largo. Recuerdo mineral y cítrico
