Cascina Adelaide's 2013 Barolo Fossati pours from the bottle with the beautifully garnet-hued appearance and lean texture that you can expect from textbook Nebbiolo. This pretty wine offers a delicate approach with fine aromas of wild berry, crème de cassis, smoke and spice. This wine has moved along its evolutionary track with grace and positive momentum.
