The 2020 El Rapolao had a slightly shorter maceration than the 2019, and he used less full clusters than in 2019 to compensate for the warmer and more concentrated year. Planted on red clay soils with more iron, the vineyard is shadowed and ripens slowly and thoroughly. It was bottled in November 2021.
