Stunning nose of yeasty raisin and candied citrus bread straight from the oven. Also a whole room filled with dried flowers. A generous wine but radically clean, straight and dry, with a very long, delicately salty and flinty finish. 81% pinot noir and 19% chardonnay, all from Ambonnay.
