Château de Manissy Châteauneuf-du-Pape Terres Blanches 2018

A new cuvée, the 2018 Chateauneuf du Pape Terres Blanches boasts hints of Brussel sprouts on the nose, but also charming black raspberries and black cherries. It's medium to full-bodied, with softly dusty tannins and a bit more generosity and elegance than the Trinité bottling. Like the Trinité, it's worth decanting to clear up the nose and allow the fruit to come forward.
