Chivite Colección 125 Rosado 2021

This Rosado is a blend of Garnacha and Tempranillo from selected parcels of Chivite’s Finca
Legardeta vineyard. Another example of a barrel fermented and oak aged rosado – it spends
9 months in barrel – there is a fabulous balsamic vibrancy and minty freshness. Delicate
red cherry and raspberry fruit make up the palate which is still very fruit forward and lively
despite a few years of ageing in bottle... there’s just the right amount of oxidation which
brings interest and complexity. Very fine and elegant. 2024-30
