Raúl Suárez's 2014 Divina Clementia is produced by Pedro Pérez from Guímaro in his own winery. 2014 was a good, coolish vintage, without the complications of 2013. This is an old vineyard from the Miño (Pesqueira). The destemmed grapes fermented in stainless steel, and the wine was kept in 300-liter barrels for around one year. The barrels are used, and I noticed a better integration of the oak aromas and flavors. The wine also showed better delineation. There are red fruit aromas and floral notes, quite attractive and perfumed. In future years they have used some full clusters. The palate is fresh and balanced, with juicy fruit and a tasty finish. This is a great improvement over previous years. There are four barrels of this in 2014. 1,200 bottles were filled in June 2016.
La tradición familiar, que se remonta cuatro generaciones atrás, inspiró a Raúl Suárez para fundar Divina Clementia junto a Pedro, de Adegas Guimaro, y Luis Buitrón. Su filosofía es elaborar vinos de calidad buscando la tradición del terruño.

Riquisimo, fue el vino con el que nos introducimos en la DO Ribeira Sacra, desde entonces no deja de sorprendernos esa DO.
Estoy enganchado a estos vinos llenos de olores y sabores. No baratos pero enganchan
Bien logrado la combinacion entre estas 2 uvas. No era muy asiduo a la mencia pero con esta es la 4a mencia y me convence.
