The Wine Advocate:
The 2019 Fendant Balavaud Vetroz Grand Cru opens intense and elegant, with perfectly ripe pear fruit, crushed stones and lime blossom aromas. Pure, fresh and elegant, this is a juicy and round Chasselas that is reminiscent of Chablis. Gorgeous with hard Swiss cheese. Tasted in February 2021.
