Recensioni degli esperti

Tim Atkin:

Intense, concentrated and reflecting the low yields of the 2017 vintage in San Vicente de
la Sonsierra, Finca El Bosque comes from a 1.482-hectare terrace on clay and gravel soils above the River Ebro. Dense, tannic and assertively modern with a sheen of new French and Hungarian wood, black fig and orange peel flavours and a firm, structured finish. 2024-35

James Suckling:

A ripe red with lots of black fruit and some dark-chocolate and lavender undertones. It’s full-bodied with fine, creamy tannins and a flavorful finish. Needs time to soften. Better after 2022.

Jeb Dunnuck:

Coming from a single vineyard just west of San Vicente del la Sonsierra, planted on gravelly, alluvial soils, the 2017 Finca el Bosque is all Tempranillo that spent 18 months in 95% new French oak. It's one for the ages and needed lots of air to show at its best, but let me tell you, it's a magical bottle of wine in the making. Deep purple-hued, with a stunning nose of blue and black fruits, graphite, lead pencil, crushed rock, violets, and chocolaty oak, it hits the palate with full-bodied richness, a seamless, elegant texture, and flawless overall balance. Just beautifully done, it has that rare mix of elegance and power. Give bottle 5-6 years if you can and enjoy over the following 30 years or more. Bravo!
