The excellent 2015 Fincas de Landaluce Graciano is from a vintage when the grapes achieved very good ripeness. This is produced with grapes from their vineyards in Laguardia. It has all the balsamic, peppery and herbal notes intermixed with hints of tobacco, earth and wild berries. The palate feels very lively, with electric acidity, great freshness and very fine tannins. It will be very interesting to see how this wine ages. 2,000 bottles were filled in August 2017 after 12 months in French and American oak barrels. - Luis Gutiérrez.
Some green-pepper edges and herbal notes here with dark-chocolate and spiced-blueberry notes. The palate has a lithe, juicy and succulent feel. The acidity is a strong influence here and the tannins are light and fine. Drink now.
Color: cereza intenso. Aroma: fruta madura, hierbas secas, especiado. Boca: potente, fruta madura, taninos maduros, balsámico.
Landaluce es una bodega familiar en la que durante varias generaciones se ha tenido muy claro que el vino empieza haciéndose en el viñedo, y es que la pasión por la viticultura es la seña de identidad de esta casa alavesa.
