The Giuseppe Mascarello 2020 Langhe Nebbiolo offers some light ripeness with red fruit and plump cherry. Those primary tones cede to almond, grilled rosemary and cassis. The wine is feather-light in consistency, and it boasts a bright, almost electric inner energy. This Langhe Nebbiolo usually sources most of its fruit from the Castiglione Falletto area.
A pale ruby, the 2020 Langhe Nebbiolo is lifted with fresh orange zest, apricot, and pomegranate. Medium-bodied, with fine tannins, it delivers juicy notes of wild strawberries, fresh roses, and stony earth and is long with perfume. Drink 2024-2034.
La historia de esta bodega se remonta a hace más de un siglo y medio, cuando Giuseppe Mascarello, un viticultor que trabajaba para la marquesa Giulia Colbert Faletti di Barolo, adquirió en 1881 su primera propiedad en Montforte de Alba.
