I've been able to retaste the 2015 Huaso de Sauzal Chilena, as the wine is now imported and available in Spain, and I got to know it a bit better. It's from a warm and Mediterranean vintage that has produced a powerful and characterful País (they like to call it Chilean, Chilena), and the wine is drinking nicely and not showing any signs of fatigue five years after the harvest. It's floral, balsamic and earthy and has a polished palate with pungent flavors and a fresh finish. 9,500 bottles produced. It's been in bottle since March 2016.

A mí no me ha gustado mucho, aunque es verdad que es diferente a todo lo que habïa probado antes. Muy natural, muy orgánico.
