The Wine Advocate:
"The 2014 Cuvee Especial is a Verdejo from two old, head-pruned and low-yielding vineyards that was fermented in 1,600-liter egg-shaped cement vats, without malolactic, where the wine matured in contact with lees for ten months. It has notes of freshly cut grass, hay and straw, traces of orange peel and quince. The palate shows concentration, power, pungent flavors and a clean profile, nicely balanced and with good freshness. Very good."
