Descrizione

Alla fine del XII secolo, il vigneto da cui proviene la Riesling che dà origine a questo vino bianco fu menzionato per la prima volta come "mons Rhingravii" (la montagna delle contee del Reno). Questo è il miglior vino bianco secco che la tenuta ha da offrire, appartenente alla categoria "Große Gewächse", l'equivalente tedesco del Grand Cru. È un vino molto minerale che incarna le qualità del terroir.
