The Wine Advocate:
"Very dark and concentrated, the 2012 Terras de Javier Rodríguez is pure Tempranillo with aromas of peat and graphite, all things black, spices and fruit. The palate is full-bodied in a style of yesteryear, with wide shoulders, plenty of tannins and some rusticity. It has a particular style that might not please everyone, but would make its fans go crazy. 10,000 bottles."
