Rodri Méndez mixes three origins and soil types to produce this well-priced Albariño, aged in a 70/30 combination of foudres and stainless steel. Showing some flinty, struck match reduction, this is yeasty, bready and focused, with a herbal twist and a hint of white pepper and impressive salinity and depth. A lovely introduction to toe Forjas del Salnés style. 2022-28
