The Wine Advocate:

The aptly named 2017 Lilac Wine showcases floral aromas and delicate but flavorful purple fruits. It's a blend of Syrah, Carignan and Grenache that sees a variety of different winemaking techniques—some carbonic maceration, some wood during the élevage. It's a seductress, glowing with flowers and fruit, framed by soft, silky tannins.

Jeb Dunnuck:

A wine that always delivers, the 2017 Côtes du Roussillon Villages Lilac Wine checks in as a blend of 65% Syrah, 20% Carignan, and 25% Grenache aged in larger oak tanks. Deep purple-colored with terrific notes of blackberries, plums, seaweed, and ground pepper, it's medium to full-bodied, ripe, and mouthfilling, with terrific purity of fruit. It’s a ripe, sexy wine, yet has remarkable elegance and balance. It should certainly be an outstanding wine.
