A blend of Pinot Noir with 15% Monastrell, the 2016 Microcosmos Rosé is a brut nature that matured in bottle with the lees for no less than 24 months after the second fermentation. It has a subtle and elegant profile with good acidity and is not masked by any sweetness, with abundant and nice bubbles (it seems like Pinot Noir is very good for that) and a clean, dry and tasty finish. This is one of the few rosé sparkling wines with no added sugar; it has a more serious profile and is more for the table than just an aperitif. 13,000 bottles produced.
El origen de la Heredad de Can Llopart data del siglo XIV. Según un documento fechado en 1385, Bernat Llopart o, como reza el documento, Bernardus Leopardi, recibió la cesión de unas viñas donde hoy se ubica la bodega.
