Mariflor Sauvignon Blanc 2012

"The 2012 Mariflor Sauvignon Blanc is produced from two hectares of the grape planted in the estate vineyard in the Uco Valley. The must fermented in egg-shaped cement vats and aged for six months with battonage in new French oak. This 2012 suffers in the comparison with the 2011, and seems a lot less showy, with riper fruit aromas, notes of tangerine, nectarine, mint and pineapple with a slightly edgy, almost tannins finish. Let it rest for one year. Drink 2015-2017".
