Racy tangerine, citrus, and salty minerality all emerge from the 2017 Duché D’Uzès Blanc. Clean, crisp, and beautifully balanced on the palate, it’s going to be hard to beat as a house white. The blend is Viognier, Roussanne and Grenache Blanc, raised all in tank, and it should keep for a year or so.
