"The entry-level white 2015 Mestizaje Blanco is a blend of dry-farmed, organic Merseguera regrafted on Bobal vines and some 18% young Viognier, and 8% each Malvasía and Macabeo. This white carries no appellation, although it's produced in the Valencia region. It fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts and was kept in contact with the fine lees until it was bottled some five months after the harvest. The nose is quite discreet but balanced, with some notes of fennel and white fruit. The palate is fresh, dry, with a faint bitterness in the finish, slightly warmer and riper than the Finca Calvestra. Pleasant. 54,000 bottles".
En 1999 Toni Sarrión, responsable y enólogo de Mustiguillo, decidió apostar por la Bobal. En aquella época esta variedad era destinada a graneles y rosados de bajo precio.

Good easy drinking wine, especially for the price.
Me ha gustado. Son uvas que para mi no son fáciles pero aqui estan muy bien integradas. Armonia y buen acabado.Buen vino.
