The ultra elegant, sleek and mineral 2021 Moncerbal has amazing freshness, ultra refined tannins and lots of complexity, with layers and layers of flavors and aromas and great depth. Beautiful bright ruby color with a fine and vibrant nose, full of mossy wild strawberries, raspberries, subtle herbs and flowers. Hints of nori, white pepper and red dates. One can feel the vibrancy and precision here, with red berries extending to a mineral palate. Very pretty, with juicy, svelte and racy berries, showing defined linearity and finesse.
