Wine Enthusiast:
Earthy berry and plum aromas come across as mature but not old, with meaty accents. The palate on this barrel-selected gran reserva is layered and filled out by generous tannins. Flavors of prune, raisin, cassis and blueberry are filled out well by oak tones, but not overpowered. This warm-vintage gran reserva feels smooth on the finish; drink through 2028. Michael Schachner.
Decanter:
Robust coffee, liquorice, and dried herbs aromas, followed by vivid morello cherries and game on the palate. Supple, with a core of juicy acidity and a delicate, nutty finish.
