The pale rosé 2020 Naranjas Azules Garnacha is basically a blanc de noirs, a white wine produced with red grapes from old vines in the Gredos Mountains. It has moderate ripeness and alcohol (13%) and a very low pH (3.0) after being fermented in concrete without skins. It's crispy and light, with very good acidity, an ideal vintage (cooler and with more rain) for the profile of this wine. It's lighter than the previous year, more in line with the 2018. It's vibrant and makes you salivate; it cleans your palate and gets you ready for the next bite. Really pleasant and easy to drink, ideal with tapas. 70,000 bottles and 500 magnums produced. It was bottled in January 2021.
