James Suckling:
Very flinty, with straw and dried goat’s-cheese character to the dried apples, honeycomb and some bread dough. Medium to full body with a dense center-palate and creamy texture. Dried lemon and orange peel notes, together with spice, dust and ginger. Structured and phenolic. Drink or hold.
Bettane et Desseauve:
Beaucoup de patine au nez avec les évocations amande, fruits confits, miel de fôret et les parfums d'un biscuit génoise. La bouche présente une texture très avancée, avec une belle qualité de fruits secs grillés et la traverse acidulée se montre très autoritaire encore.
Decanter:
The nose is lightly toasty with flashes of white flowers and celery. Palate is structured with red fruit hints. Elegant mineral finish.
