Pazo Señorans 2014

"One of the finest producers of Albarino, Pazo de Senorans’s 100% Albarino is always aged four months in stainless steel, and is fashioned from modest yields of 25 to 30 hectoliters per hectare. The 2013 Albarino reveals lots of minerality, which is unusual for Albarino as it tends to be fruit-dominated. It also offers notes of white peaches and honeyed apricots, zesty acids and wet stones. This medium-bodied, fresh, lively white may benefit from six more months of bottle age, and should last for 1-2 years".
