Pazo Señorans 2016

"Pazo de Senorans is considered one of the handful of top estates in Rias-Baixas and has consistently produced some of the best Albarinos that money can buy. Their old-vine cuvées are especially good. This is a less-expensive cuvée that is 100% Albarino, aged four months in stainless-steel tanks. What tends to separate Pazo de Senorans from the herd is the fact that the yields are relatively modest at 25-30 hectoliters per hectare, and the estate has some of the older vines in the region, all planted in slate and gravel".
