Bottle aged for three years before release – long-lived Albariños are something of a speciality at Pazo de Señorans – this is sourced from the same plots as the regular release. Salty, sappy and very mineral, with an appealingly toasty undertone and a hint of skin tannins from maceration in the press. Long, super fresh and well structured. 2023-28
