"Given the success, and I guess the price, of the pink 'grand vin', there is a new entry-level Rosé called 2016 Roselito, a blend of Tempranillo with Albillo, which started in 2014. They have been adjusting the amount of white, to reach 65% Tempranillo and the rest Albillo. 30,000 bottles will be filed in a few days. The elegance and floral aromas of the white grapes are quite evident, amplifying the sensation of rose petals and the subtle perfume of this pale combination of grapes. It's clean and fresh, with focused flavors and a pleasant bitter finish. This is delicious. I wish more Rosés were like this!"
