Shaya Habis 2014

"The 2011 Habis is their top cuvee, produced with the fruit from their older Verdejo vineyards, which fermented and aged in oak for seven months. It has a creamy nose and texture with smoky, lactic and vanilla aromas intermixed with notes of yellow fruit. The winemaker seemed to have been looking for balancing sugar to counteract the acidity, as the technical data talks about seven grams (!) of residual sugar per liter. It gives a round, ample and sweet feeling that fills your mouth. Drink now-2017".
