Soverribas 2017

Again, the 2017 Soverribas feels more harmonious and civilized than its 2016 counterpart, with integrated acidity and a softer mouthfeel. In any other context, the wine would be considered sharp and mineral—because it is—but it's only in the presence of other, more extreme vintages that you get that sensation of more harmony. The palate is tasty and long. 3,164 bottles and 57 magnums were filled in July 2018.
