Tinita Viñas de Verdejo 2018

The 2018 Tinita has been produced with Verdejo grapes from Rueda in Cebreros and, therefore, is now sold as Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y León. It fermented in concrete vats and matured in 2,000-liter and 10,0000-liter oak vats for five months. This is a gentler Verdejo, with subtle aromas, and the bitter sensation on the palate is quite soft. The oak is perfectly integrated, with good balance and freshness, tasty and long. 35,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in April 2019.
