The Wine Advocate:

The NV Espumante Solera is a 60/30 blend of Bical and Baga with 10% Cercial that was aged in barrels and vats as a solera since 2007. The newest vintage in the Solera is 2016, which comprises about 30% of the blend. So, this will be a bit different. It comes in with seven grams of residual sugar, 6.18 of total acidity and 12.5% alcohol. It was disgorged in June 2019 after 24 months on the lees. That date is on the label and can identify this non-vintage release. Showing some oxidative nuances, this is still rather well preserved and quite powerful. Nuanced, smooth on first taste and penetrating on the last, this is pretty terrific. Especially if you like them a little more mature, it is great—and that comment by no means indicates this is dead, dying or merely a curiosity. This should continue holding well for several years, but there isn't any track record. As I like to say, take this in stages. There were 4,000 bottles produced.
