The Wine Advocate:
"Here were some full clusters in the fermentation of the 2015 Valtosca in search of some freshness, after a very ripe 2014 when the cuvée was not produced. There is also less oak than in past vintages, especially the early ones. This is quite fruit-driven and straightforward with nice freshness, a juicy texture and nice balance. The wine was yet to be bottled. 26,000 bottles produced".

En 1941 don José Sánchez-Cerezo y doña Julia Roch Melgares adquirieron la finca Casa Castillo para la explotación de romero. En la misma se hallaba enclavada una bodega construida en 1870.

Ha bajado últimamente.... ya no es este shiraz tan sabroso y opulento que hace unos cuantos años
