Cesár Maté and Marta Castrillo’s wines are among the hidden gems of Ribera del Duero, picked earlier in cool Tubilla del Lago to produce a more elegant style. This is a tasty cuvée of Tinto Fino with 7% Garnacha and 5% Albillo Mayor from 24 parcels above 910m, all of which are 100 years old or more. Buen vino. Frutal y fácil de beber. Soy muy fan de la Guía Peñín, pero en este caso, su puntuación me parece baja.
