I was surprised to see that I had never officially tasted their Pinot Noir, a wine that is not produced every year, because of the ripeness of the Pinot Noir in this Mediterranean zone is complex. So, I tasted the 2019 AD Fines, a good vintage despite the fact that it was a warm-ish year and perhaps the grape goes better with a cool vintage. It has a varietal nose that is perfumed and floral, with contained ripeness and a juicy palate, perhaps closer to the wines from Chile than the ones from Burgundy. It has moderate ripeness and alcohol at 12.5% and nice balance and freshness with a pH of 3.52. Only 1,500 bottles were filled in October 2020.

Pinot noir mediterráneo, una uva poco común en esta latitud. Muy recomendable para que esta uva sorprenda
Sorprendente. En Nariz puede pasar desapercibido, pero en boca está redondo y sedoso.
