Château Puech-Haut Blanc Tête de Bélier 2016

Now bottled, the 2016 Languedoc Saint Drezery Blanc Tete de Belier is fulfilling all the promise my predecessor noted from barrel. Mainly Roussanne, barrel fermented and aged in oak, this has it all. Floral, apricot and toast notes on the nose. Full-bodied and honeyed on the palate but fresh, zesty and long, it should drink well for at least its first few years. - Joe Czerwinski.
