The Wine Advocate:

The single-vineyard 2018 La Sombrilla comes from a plot called La Castiñeira in the Avia Valley and is a blend of 93% Treixadura and 7% Albariño. It fermented mostly in stainless steel, where the wine matured with the lees for three months, while 40% of the volume fermented and matured with the lees for six months in 600-liter French oak barrels. It has 12.3% alcohol, a moderate pH (3.34) and good acidity (6.27 grams) that make it vibrant and balanced, young and undeveloped, with some austerity. 2,750 bottles produced. It was bottled in January 2021.
