Vibrant golden and white peach aromas. Vibrant palate of citrusy lemon, orange and pink grapefruit. Very elegant and precise, beautifully structured. Dry finish with nice complexity.
Impressively reliable stuff from Katia Álvarez, this is one of the biggest production whites in Rías Baixas, running to some 1.5 million bottles. All made with Salnés Valley grapes, it has 15% malolactic and five grams of residual sugar to keep it nice and commercial. Sappy, zippy and seemingly dry, it has lemongrass and kiwi fruit flavours and a salty finish. 2023-27
