A blend of 40% Grenache Blanc with 20% each of Clairette, Roussanne and Viognier, Manissy's 2017 Lirac Blanc is a medium to full-bodied wine that offers bright, refreshing notes of lime and quinine (think gin and tonic). Despite the ample weight, it shows great verve and liveliness on the lingering finish.

Zesty lemon-pith and grapefruit flavors abound in this invigorating blend of Grenache Blanc and Clairette. While dry in style and freshly composed, the midpalate is accentuated by a waxy citrus-peel richness and pleasantly bitter finish. Drink now–2021.
