Un vino che identifica perfettamente la filosofia produttiva di Campo delle Comete con un moderato intervento di legni pregiati e un'ottima bevibilità nonostante la sua struttura tannica. Visual
Color rojo rubí intenso con tonos violáceos.
Profumo
Muy complejo, con notas de frutas como la cereza negra, notas balsámicas como la menta y el cacao amargo con una ligera nota herbácea en el final.
Bocca
Elegante y atractivo con taninos bien marcados. Posgusto con notas afrutadas y minerales que lo hacen muy equilibrado y agradable.
Temperatura di servizio
Se recomienda servir a 16 ºC.
Associazione
Ideal con embutidos, quesos curados, carne a la parrilla, caza y chocolate puro.

Vigna e preparazione

Vinificazione
Fermentación y maceración en depósitos de acero durante 25 días.
Invecchiamento
Entre 15 y 18 meses de crianza en barricas de roble francés nuevas y usadas de medio tostado.
Imbottigliamento
Crianza en botella durante un mínimo de 12 meses.

 This is a rich and flavorful red with plenty of currant and black-licorice aromas with full body, lots of fruit and a long and flavorful finish. Generous and velvety textured. Drink or hold.

Decanter:

Feudi San Gregorio's new estate in Tuscany is already producing fine results. Thanks to the 2016 vintage, this Bolgheri Superiore displays a restrained character with earthiness, camphor ash and minty notes over a base of cassis aroma and flavour. The palate is quite warming but otherwise balanced, with extremely good extraction and firm yet ripe tannins typical of the vintage. It has quite sour acidity and lacks a bit of complexity, but the very good extraction will lead to a good evolution.
