The 2015 Minervois is close to equal parts Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre that was brought up all in tank. It's a gorgeous, classic Minervois that offers loads of ripe black cherry and blackberry fruits, lavender, pepper and earth. It's ripe, sexy, voluptuous, and rounded on the palate with a great texture.
