Not yet bottled, the 2017 Corbières is made from Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre from organically farmed vineyards, brought up all in tank. Its inky color is followed by a ripe, pure bouquet of smoked black fruits, peppery herbs, earth, and crushed rocks. Possessing beautiful ripeness, a rounded, sunny, sexy texture, and a great finish, it's certainly going to be another outstanding wine.
