Les Claux Côtes du Rhone Blanc 2018

I loved the 2018 Côtes Du Rhône Les Claux Blanc. It’s an outstanding wine based on 40% each of Roussanne and Grenache Blanc mixed with 20% Clairette. Brought up all in concrete, it has crisp, mineral-laced aromas and notes of white peach, crushed lemons, and white flowers, with a distinct salinity on the palate. Medium-bodied, beautifully balanced, and with a great finish, it’s well worth seeking out and I suspect will keep for at least 4-5 years.
