The entry-level white is the 2021 Serras del Priorat Blanc, produced with Garnacha Blanca grapes that fermented in stainless steel and matured in tank for six months. It has 13.5% alcohol, a low pH (3.37) and six grams of acidity. It has a young and fresh profile with moderate ripeness and is fresh and light, with varietal character. 4,800 bottles were filled in February 2022.
