The Wine Advocate:

Bottled in 2020, the NV Olerasay is a solera-style wine made from Chenin Blanc and possesses fractionally blended portions of previous vintages from 2008 through 2019. Medium gold in the glass, the wine explodes with picturesque stone fruit aromas, boasting notions of white peach, satsuma, apple purée, Meyer lemon and candied citrus on the nose followed by hints of jasmine honeysuckle. Medium to full-bodied yet impeccably balanced, the 8.5% alcohol shows true. However, it's the dynamic and impressive acid structure that frames this wine beautifully and gives the wine its elegant yet focused power. Showcasing a near-perfect Rolodex of classic Chenin Blanc flavors—sans wool—I would easily put this up against any of the Loire Valley's world-class sweet Chenin Blancs. I understand and appreciate the power of solera and cannot wait until this solera is at least 25 years of age. Bravo! This is hands-down some of the best Chenin Blanc I've ever had the pleasure of drinking.
