Fino Camborio en Rama Seleccionado 50 cl

I tasted a new bottling of the NV Fino en Rama Camborio, an old Fino with 10 to 11 years of average age under flor. It has a golden color and textbook nose of esparto grass and nuts with a touch of iodine and saltpeter. It's pungent, clean and long. There's no clear indication of the saca or bottling date on the label, but I think the label has changed; it's now a light green label.
