Marqués de Riscal Limousin 2022

This is a blend of Verdejo grapes from some of the producer’s highest terraces in La Seca, as well as their cooler, ungrafted bush vines of Segovia. The wine is fermented and aged on lees for 6 months in 600L French oak which is perfectly integrated and brings just a touch of creaminess to this elegant and finessed wine. It is a complex combination of smoky notes and petrichor with subtle peach and lively white pepper. The finish is deliciously persistent. 2024-30.
