È un bianco aromatico caratterizzato da note di ribes rosso, fiori di sambuco e frutta esotica. A classic expression the grape, the St. Pauls 2020 Alto Adige Sauvignon opens to hints of green fruit, kiwi, lime and baby tomato leaf. The wine is bright and clean, with background aromas of crushed limestone and passion fruit. This is a fun and cheerful wine to drink with no pretense. It could also be the right bottle to pick up on your next errand run to go with take-out Chinese chicken stir-fry.
Lovely white-peach, white-currant, nectarine, lemon-zest and passion-fruit aromas with just a hint of grassy character. Crisp and bright with tons of fruit on the medium-bodied palate, the green apple acidity lifting the finish very nicely. Drink now.
