Trapiche Medalla Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

The 2015 Gran Medalla Malbec was produced with grapes harvested from Los Árboles in the Tunuyán zone of the Uco Valley at 1,250 meters in altitude. It fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in new French oak barriques for 18 months. There are plenty of floral aromas, and it's open, showy and spicy, with an instant appeal. The palate is gentle, round and lush, quite fruit-driven, with nice balance and a remarkable finish. 23,000 bottles produced.
